Premier Homes has long offered homes built onsite or offsite or usually a combination of the two. We are now offering traditional site built construction here. We build the home here on our foundations then have a house mover move it to your site. This saves much cost, eliminating nearly all of the drive time for the contractors and sub-contractors to build your home. This also allows us to build non-traditional homes (not rectangles) allowing much more design elements. For years we have been the leader in SW Kansas building hundreds of homes and we now take that buying power into the site built market in earnest. We are offering TJI truss floors or the open web truss that we have offered for years. We are using windows by Anderson, custom cabinetry by Mid-Continent, carpet by Shaw with no less than 8 pound pad, and many more names you hear. Being on-site constructed you can use any brands or styles that you choose. We also offer any type of siding, Hardi-lap, cedar, log, brick, stone, and stucco giving your home that very custom look. Prices start at $105 per square foot. We have 4 models that we are currently building, 3 onsite and 1 here at our location. As always we have an on staff designer to give your home that personal touch. We are also the only builder in the area offering 3D imaging, giving you the chance to “walk through” your house before it is constructed. We can model cabinets, flooring, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and any other custom feature you choose in your home.
